Use of this website and the purchase of goods from the website are governed by the terms and conditions as set out below.

 

Prices and goods

Prices are subject to change without notice. Images may vary slightly from actual products due to the limitations of the internet and variations between computer screens etc. Orders are accepted at our discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

 

Payment

All website payments are processed through Paypal and are subject to their terms and condition - here. All goods remain the property of Chase Natural Therapy Centre until full Payment has been received and verified.

 

Delivery

All items are normally dispatched within 5 working days. Should any delay occur, we (Chase Natural Therapy Centre) will endeavour to contact you (the customer) promptly. Please advise us (Chase Natural Therapy Centre) if you do not receive your item(s) within 14 days of placing your order so that we can trace it.

Overseas orders are subject to separate arrangement and may take longer.

Returns

All orders are carefully checked before despatch. However, occasionally items are damaged enroute. In such cases we will do our best to offer a suitable replacement or, failing that, a full refund. For this to take place, the following procedure must be adhered to:

  • If your goods are damaged, contact us immediately (no later than 14 days after purchase) to obtain an authorisation to return the damaged goods.

Legalities

All contracts made between Chase Natural Therapy Centre and the Customer are subject the English law and any disputes arrising shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of English courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
